How does buying work?

Build your quote with the calculator (or pick a bundle), then book a demo. Your quote comes with you, so we already know your team size and the systems you want connected. On the call we confirm the package, then onboard you personally and set up billing from there. No card details on the website, no surprise line items.

What counts as an active travel seat?

An active seat is any team member you have issued the Dashe mobile app to. You only pay for the people who actually use it, not your full headcount. If someone leaves or stops driving for work, drop their seat at the next billing cycle.

Can I change my package later?

Yes. You can add seats, meters or integrations at any time and we will pro-rate the charge. Reductions apply at your next renewal so we can keep things simple to invoice.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Monthly billing has no minimum and can be cancelled any time. Annual runs for 12 months in exchange for a 15% discount. Enterprise contracts are bespoke.

What happens as we grow?

Your package scales with you. Travel seats drop to cheaper rates automatically at 10, 50, 250 and 1,000 seat thresholds. Above 25 employees you move to Enterprise terms with a dedicated customer success manager, and your quote still starts from the same calculator.

Do you charge for onboarding?

No setup fees. Onboarding is a guided session with our team, included in every package: we connect your systems with you and make sure data is flowing before billing starts.
